Welcome to MilkAgent (the "App"), operated from Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. This App helps buyers find milkmen and manage milk delivery subscriptions. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

  • Each mobile number can be registered only once.

3. User Roles

The App supports two roles:

  • Buyer: Users who search for milkmen and subscribe to milk delivery.
  • Seller (Milkman): Users who list milk delivery services.

Users must select the correct role during registration. If a mobile number is already linked to a role, the App may automatically log the user into the mapped account.

4. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Verification

  • Sellers may be marked as "Verified" after completing identity and service checks.
  • Verification indicates that certain details have been reviewed.
  • Verification does not guarantee milk quality, delivery timing, or service satisfaction.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Misuse the App for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Post abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content.

7. Feedback and Ratings

  • Buyers may provide feedback for milkmen.
  • Feedback must be honest and respectful.
  • The App reserves the right to edit, remove, or moderate feedback.

8. Account Suspension or Deactivation

  • The App may suspend or deactivate buyer or seller accounts for policy violations.
  • Deactivated users will not appear in the App UI.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App acts as a platform connecting buyers and milkmen. We are not responsible for:

  • Milk quality or quantity.
  • Delivery delays or service issues.
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
